Walnut High School is part of Walnut Attendance Center located in Walnut, Mississippi near the intersection of Highways 15 and 72. We were established in 1885. The current building was finished in 1934. (See above photo) We average around 285 students for grades 7-12. We are currently a level 6 school and compete in class 2A sports. We have a long tradition of excellence in science. We have been ranked #1 in the state for Biology test scores 7 out of the last 8 years with as many as 11 scoring a perfect score on the state exam in a given year. We also love our sports.
